1. Scope of Services
We provide professional massage therapy and wellness services in compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and the rules of the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists.
2. Client Responsibilities
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information prior to your session.
- Inform your therapist of any changes to your health or medications.
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of the full amount of service
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Visa, M/C, AMEX, apple pay
5. Professional Boundaries
- Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future services.
- All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
6. Health & Safety
- If you have a condition that contraindicates massage, your therapist may refuse or modify treatment for your safety.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. Liability
You understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and that no guarantees have been made regarding treatment outcomes. You agree to releaseInner Balance Massage & Wellness and its practitioners from any liability arising from your session except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Washington County Oregon.
